Most of the platform — browsing, launching, discussing — works everywhere. A few specific actions (data room access, making offers, escrow, payouts) go through a real eligibility check that looks at more than just your country: your account's verification level, and in rare cases specific sanctioned entities. If a specific action is unavailable or limited for you, you'll see exactly why on the /account/eligibility page, along with a way to appeal if you think it's wrong. Escrow specifically depends on which payment providers actually cover your country and deal size — see /eligibility for the current, real state of coverage, not a guess. When no provider covers a deal, we don't block it outright: the deal can still proceed through manual, non-payment coordination (introductions and negotiation happen on-platform, funds move outside it, with a clear warning shown throughout).
