How proof of funds works

Proof of funds confirms a budget band — never your exact account balance. Choose "range confirmed" for a self-reported band, or the manual alternative path (upload evidence, 90-day validity) if you don't have a provider that offers automated verification. Sellers are shown only that you've confirmed a band, not any account details. This exists to make sellers more willing to engage with buyers who've shown they can actually close, not to gatekeep who can browse or negotiate.
